Roan Koehn was an amazing realtor. He made the home buying experience a pleasurable one. As a first time home buyer, he was great with walking us through each step of the home buying process. He made sure we understood everything and that we were getting what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable on every aspect of the process. He goes above and beyond to make sure your needs and wishes are met and that things get done in a timely manner. He has great communication skills and is very prompt in his day to day responses. We could not have asked for a better realtor for our first time home buying experience. He knows what he is doing and he cares about YOU.
