Roan provided the direction we needed in listing the property for sell. We found him available to answer all our questions. He had the home professionally photographed. He made the whole process painless (157th Ave Surpise AZ). ALSO We were impressed that on the first showing of potential homes, we found the home that was just right for us (W Mercer Ln Glendale AZ). He listen and produced a home that was just right. He answered questions and was there for us every step of the way. Now that we found our home we are going to have him sell our previous home (2nd home- 157th Ave Surpise AZ). THAT IS he listed 2 homes and sold 1 - we are very impressed.
